A warm welcome, very good advice and all-comfort bikes. Even a trailer for the dog. Excellent afternoon in the national park. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing day renting electric fatbikes and exploring the beach north of Lacanau. The people at the bikeshop equipped us with all we needed (helmet, locks, pressured air cartridge just in case). They also provided directions for where to go. Definitely recommend!

On holidays, pedal fell off one bike and the chain broke on the other bike..with our broken French and English the 2 bicycles were fixed and repaired in 30mins, excellent service and 3 lovely repair guys. Highly recommend if you’re in a fix!

I walked in with a busted spoke from a Fulcrum wheel. The first shop i tried said they didn’t have the type of spoke. But Yannick from Bicy Cool pulled a rabbit from his hat and found one in his workshop and fixed it right then. No booking. Excellent service and holiday back on! Not all heroes wear capes, and Yannick and his sidekick saved the day like Batman and Robin. Genuinely delighted with their workmanship and service 👌🏼
